Context
Casiana came to us with a clear vision: she wanted organic content that actually works, so they could become the market leader online as well — they already led offline. With over 20 years of dominating the cruise holiday market, she knew there was untapped online potential.
Strategy
Before us, their content was generic — stock graphics and videos from the cruise companies, the same ones every other travel agency used, with no real storytelling or brand identity. We changed that by building reels around lived experience and expertise, even going on board a 5-day Genoa–Barcelona cruise to film original, on-location content. As an industry leader, you have to show your expertise, not just talk about it.

Reels distributed on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, mixing educational content with real, on-location storytelling. +1,300 new followers from the first 21 reels.
